SHIPPING POLICY

All packages for physical goods sent via USPS or UPS in padded bubble mailers or boxes. Rates are calculated and set by the carriers. 

I offer shipping for both Domestic Shipping within the US, as well as International Shipping. Please note that you will be responsible for any local customs/costs associated with your package, as these are not included with the cost of shipping.

Typically, I processes all new orders once per week, so packages will ship within 3-5 business days of when you place your order. The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Please understand that I am a single person working a small business, so processing time can vary based on normal life.

All orders over $100 for US and over $150 International will automatically receive FREE SHIPPING at checkout, no code required.

If your package was refused or deemed "undeliverable," you will receive a refund, less shipping charges, for your order as soon as I receive your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns are available for unopened, unused items, if returned within 30 days of receiving the package. Please contact me to request a return.

I do not offer returns on digital products, including gift cards or digital pattern PDFs, as these items are automatically emailed upon payment and cannot be physically returned once received. 

DIGITAL DOWNLOAD POLICY

The majority of the knitting patterns that are available on this website are offered as "digital downloads." Digital downloads are delivered automatically upon receipt of payment and can be accessed via your confirmation email.

The download link should not expire, however, if you accidentally delete or misplace your email, please contact me and I can resend your download links for you.

Digital downloads purchased via www.pacificknitco.com do not come with a Ravelry download and will not save to your Ravelry library. If you wish to save your pattern on Ravelry, please make your purchase there.
