Shipping

At this time, due to the ambiguous and constant changes in international shipping, customs, and processing fees, we have chosen to pause all international shipping outside of the US and Canada. Please visit our Doodle Stockist page to find your closest LYS.

Typically, we processes all new orders 1-2 times per week, so packages will ship within 3-5 business days of when you place your order. Thank you for understanding that we are a small business, and processing time can vary based on normal life.

All packages for physical goods are sent tracked via USPS or UPS in padded bubble mailers or cardboard boxes. Rates are calculated and set by the mail carriers. 

We offer shipping for US and Canada. Please note that you will be responsible for any local customs/costs associated with your package, as these are not included with the cost of shipping.

If your package is refused or deemed "undeliverable", you will receive a refund, less shipping charges, for your order as soon as I receive your package back. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.

All orders over $100 (US only) will automatically receive FREE SHIPPING at checkout, no code required. Card binders are excluded from free shipping.

 

Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@pacificknitco.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please retain your original shipping box for the return, to ensure that items are not damaged on their way back to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as digital download patterns. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, via the steps for Return above, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was accepted. If accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
