Doodles officially has our own Doodle Bar Yarn!

The Doodle Bar Yarn color palette was meticulously curated by Jamie, and custom dyed by Emily of Fangirl Fibers & Maggie of Yarnaceous Fibers.

If you've been around Doodles for a while, you will recognize these names as frequent yarn support collaborators for our Doodle Patterns, and you'll be familiar with the amazing quality of colors produced by these two indie dyehouses! 

And we are absolutely thrilled to be working with them to bring you our brand new, beautiful line of Doodle Bar Yarns!

Doodle Bar Yarn

Doodle bar yarn is currently available in the following weight/fiber/skein options:

Doodle Bar DK: 85% SW Merino/15% Nylon

  • 100g - 246 yards [225 m]
  • 50g - 123 yards [112 m]
  • 20g - 49 yards [45 m]

Doodles have always been about creativity and customization, but we also want to make sure our customers have all the tools and resources they need to feel supported in their creativity! So it makes perfect sense that we would take all of our knowledge about yarn and color palettes to make sure our Doodle Bar Yarn makes it easy to pick the right colors for your projects!

The Doodle Bar color range is designed around our signature 3-Step Color Palette. Each color family comes in a light, mid, and dark version, making choosing and coordinating yarn for colorwork easier than ever!

The Doodle Bar color range includes:

  • 8 Neutrals: Black, White, 3 shades of Grey, and 3 shades of Brown
  • 48 colors arranged in triads across 16 color families across the full rainbow!

Doodle Bar Yarn is available online now in Doodle Project + Yarn Kits. We are not currently selling individual skeins on our website, but we will be bringing them to all our in-person shows!
